Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys delivering projects, solving technical challenges, and working on-site on a regular basis? At Mr. Smith, you will work on high-end entertainment, IT, Wi-Fi, and automation systems for superyachts.
About the role
As a Project Engineer, you will combine technical support with installation and project work.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing first-line and second-line support
Configuring and installing IT and AV systems
Commissioning installations both nationally and internationally
Installing and connecting equipment
Analysing and resolving technical issues
Logging, monitoring, and following up on support requests
Collaborating with colleagues, partners, and clients

Mr. Smith is based in Nijmegen and has been delivering full-service entertainment and IT systems for superyachts since 2012. Through our proprietary LAVIE platform, we integrate Light, Audio, Video, Internet & Entertainment into one intuitive and user-friendly system.

Requirements
You have completed an MBO Level 4 qualification in IT Systems Administration (or an equivalent technical IT education). You are technically skilled, detail-oriented, able to perform well under pressure, and solution-focused. You can work independently while also being an effective team player. In addition, you enjoy travelling, are flexible, and have a good working knowledge of English.
